Lannion’s Crème de Cassis is a tasty liqueur whose concentrated flavour is due to a traditional maceration. The blackcurrants are macerated with alcohol and then pressed in a traditional wooden press. After adding alcohol and syrup, the Crème de Cassis from Lannion can then be enjoyed.
