Another iconic product of the distillery, made in Lannion for around a hundred years. Its recipe, based on the distillation of orange peel, includes a “secret” ingredient that gives it a citrus note and sets it apart from other Triples Secs. Adding sugar and water creates the Triple Sec Warenghem, which is much appreciated by bartenders and ideal for cocktails.
DRINKING RECOMMENDATION: The taste of our Triple Sec is characterised by a mild balance of sugar and alcohol and of bitter orange and sweet orange. Drunk neat, it is a traditional digestif. But it is also a cocktail classic, adding a touch of citrus to Cosmopolitan, Long Island and more.
And it is an excellent companion for cooking and baking: flambéed meat, tiramisu, crêpes, cakes.
