Nose: A loose bouquet of floral vanilla tones and a soft load of honey, surrounded by fruity aromas of coconut, melon, kiwi, pear and refreshing lemon. Of course, the spice is not neglected either and shows itself with oak, caramel and a little chocolate. Towards the end, the deep tones get fine traces of hay and a pinch of salty sea air.
Palate: Multi-layered and silky smooth, with skilfully combined notes of melon, orange and pear as well as a creamy nuance of malty rice pudding, freshly dried straw and some oak. A pleasant sweetness of caramel then caresses the palate.
Finish: creamy and enormously long in the finish, with oak, flor de sal, caramel and brown sugar.
