Nose: Intense, this whisky develops aromas of exotic fruits and peach, mixed with dried fruits (hazelnut) and light cereal notes. The whole is accompanied by an elegant woody flavour.
Palate: Our 10-year-old whisky shows a nice balance in the mouth. Between liveliness and sweetness, we find notes of pear jam combined with a slightly herbaceous side and hints of camphor and coriander seeds. Some notes of orange chocolate.
Finish: Long and spicy finish enriched by pepper, leather and some smoky notes.
