Nicaragua is located in Central America. It borders Honduras to the north and Costa Rica to the south, the Pacific to the west and the Caribbean to the east. Rum is the most popular drink in Nicaragua. The men tilt the rum and a glass of water after it, the women take it as Highball, with water or Coca-Cola. In the past, a bottle of rum would give you a real meal and a few bottles of water or cola and a bowl full to the brim of ice cubes with pieces of lemon. Today, when life has become expensive, you get a bottle of water, a Coca-Cola and a bowl with a few pieces of ice. The rum factories advertise their products on television and radio.
