Originating from the wine-growing region of Saint-Saphorin, more precisely from a place called “Les Saragines”, the vines grow on chalky soil, which gives the wine its mild minerality, lovely fruitiness and long-lasting flavour. This popular white wine goes well with fish, white meat and cheese dishes, and is also suitable as an aperitif.
