Intense ruby red colour. Fragrant, floral and fruity notes on the nose paired with a light aroma of dried rose petals and strawberry jam. rose petals and strawberry jam. Spicy notes that perfectly complement the fruit. A finely structured wine, plenty of fullness on the palate, soft and persistent tannins, long-lasting. The ideal accompaniment to food.
Vinification / ageing: This wine is the result of a fermented Merlot with a further fermentation on the Merlot marc, rich in sugar and flavours. In the Valpolicella region, this process is called “Ripasso”, with the grape varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara. We have now produced a Ticino version with our own Merlot grapes
