Nose: fruity and spicy

Palate: fruits in syrup and as jam, citrus and notes of dried fruits rarely found so clearly in grappa: candied fruits, plums, sultanas combined with softer notes of jam paired with the barrel notes and pepper, licorice, cloves and tobacco notes.

Grape: Nebbiolo from Barolo.
