Nose: Very peaty, dry, ashy, clean, very tarry, slightly maritime and salty, with lots of bacon and smoked meat, on bonfire smoke, seaweeds, seawater, some seashells and liquorice roots

Palate: Clean, maritime, salty, dry to very dry, oaky, light, very peaty, smoky, with some seaweeds, sea spray and some wood smoke

Finish: medium, light, salty, maritime, peaty, smoky, tarry, with some hemp rope and liquorice root
