Dalmore King Alexander III

Nose: Nutty, on almond, marzipan, red wine and vanilla. A surprising flavour profile, but quite satisfying.

Palate: Creamy, winey, smooth, on fresh wood, vanilla and mulled wine

Finish: Medium, slightly dry, quite winey, on raisins.

Comment: A mixture of 6 casks with different finish were used to make this Dalmore, with a rather surprising but pleasant flavour profile. Worth trying.
