Auchroisk 10Y Fauna & Flora

Nose: Hugely aromatic. Lemony, estery. Hint of smokiness. Malty.

Palate: Quite big. Firm. Appetising and full of flavours. Sweetish. Distinct anis. Liqueurish.

Finish: Cookie- like dryness.

Comment: This version is not obviously sherryish, but still manages very big flavours indeed. I’m very impressed. By Michael Jackson.
