Nose: Round, complex. The toffee and the hazwlnut underline first the sherryinfluence. Honeysuckle, iris and lavender brings a floral bouquet. It grows on barley during malting and the sweet spices (cinnamon, cumin).
Palate: fresh, balanced. The attack on the palate is malty and brioche. Ripe fruit (apple, pear) coexist in the mouth with subtle notes of menthol, wax cool and nuts and returne in force to heady flowers (purple, lavender) and dark chocolate.
Finish: long, fine. Notes of mocha and patisserie. A thin salty note makes a dynamic. Balanced, woody, fruity, floral.
