For this gin, carefully selected botanicals such as juniper berries, bitter orange peel, liquorice roots and coriander are combined with salt water from the Sea of Japan and fresh water from a mountain spring. The result is a unique gin that excellently captures the typical flavours of the Japanese coastline.
Nose: perceives extremely fresh citrus and balsamic notes of juniper followed by iodine notes typical of the Sea of Japan.
Palate: In the mouth the iodine is well balanced with yuzu
