Nose: smoke, sweet cold smoke, sherry, light fruitiness, salty, caramel and light acidity.
Palate: starts very pleasantly and then opens up in the mouth – WOW – leathery, dates and figs.
Finish: very long, sock chocolate, caramel, heavy smoke and not overly sweet.
