Nose: deep and rounded – aromas of caramel, chocolate and barley sugar mixed with dates, grapes and soft sherry notes. Then rounded by leather and linseed oil.

Palate: Soft, chewy and oily with a silky taste. The flavor of fresh start, which reveals accents of cake with fruit and molasses, is giving way to a smoke flavor of barbecue or roast honey notes with a slight hint of olive.
