The Distillery Glenlossie is located near Elgin and at the beginning of the 19th century even a railway siding was laid. After a big fire in 1929 almost everything had to be rebuilt. The SMD created the Mannochmore Distillery on the same site and partly it was only distilled alternately with the same employees in one or the other whisky. Only since a few years both produce again with 100%.

The whisky is fresh, grassy, malty, spicy and dry in style.
