Glen Flagler: Founded: 1965 Debate: “Glenn Flegler” Meaning: “Valley of the Flagler* Status: closed

The Moffat Inver House Distillery in Airdrie east of Glasgow produced the Glen Flagler as well as the Killyloch. Both are now famous malts because they are almost impossible to find. The Inver House belonged to the American Publicker Industries Ltd. from Philadelphia, which turned the former paper mill into a distillery or several, because the Garnheath Grain Distillery was also built. The aim was to achieve the highest possible profitability with the production of several whiskies. Unfortunately, the idea was not so good, because in 1985/86 everything was closed.
The whisky is aromatic in style. rather soft and light.
