The Allt-à-Bhainne distillery is located on the south coast of Ben Rinnes, near the town of Dufftown. Allt-à-Bhainne is one of the youngest and most modern distilleries in Scotland. Its modern buildings have been integrated into the landscape with a great deal of architectural taste and feeling. In 1989 the capacity was doubled from two to four stills, in combination with the highest level of technology, the annual production capacity is an incredible 4,000,000 litres.

The whisky is floral, slightly sweet, has a slightly spicy note and is very suitable as an aperitif. However, it flows exclusively into the Chivas Regal Blend, which is why there has never been an original bottling before. Only a few independent bottlers put a few bottles on the market..
