The Distillery Glendullan is located south of Dufftown and is the seventh and last built of the 19th century in Dufftown. Glendullan was one of King Edward VII’s favourite drams. In 1972, SMD built a new distillery with the same name nearby and both produced until 1985, when the old one was closed. Since 1987 the UDV has been in charge, the old one is used as Diageo’s training and research centre.

The whisky is soft, malty, fruity and rather dry in style.
