It is our endeavour to always serve you to your complete satisfaction. This includes our fair business conditions.

According to Swiss alcohol law, you must be at least 18 years old to order spirits and other distilled waters with an alcohol content of more than 15% by volume from our shop. With your order you accept our terms and conditions and at the same time confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

The items offered are usually in stock so that we can supply you promptly. If an item is not available, this will be noted in our shop in a timely manner (no updating over the weekend). In the case of rarities, there may be waiting periods or delivery stops. In these cases, we will of course inform you if and when we can deliver.

We only deliver products in original brand quality, in original packaging, if available or as shown in the picture.

For deliveries in Switzerland, the statutory value-added tax is included. Shipping costs and ancillary costs are charged extra – delivery within Switzerland is free of charge if the order value is CHF 120 or more. All prices correspond to the prices of Monnier Trading AG valid at the time of delivery.

From an order value of CHF 120.–, delivery by Economy is free of charge

Economy: Delivery in 2 – 3 working days
Price CHF 8.– below order value 120.– / CHF 0.– above order value 120.–

Economy + additional insurance: delivery in 2 – 3 working days+ additional insurance up to a value of goods of 5000.– instead of 1500.–.
Price CHF 15.– below order value 120.– / CHF 7.– above order value 120.–

Priority: Next day delivery for orders received before 11 a.m.
Price CHF 10.– below order value 120.– / CHF 2.– above order value 120.–

Priority + additional insurance: next-day delivery if order received before 11 a.m.
+ additional insurance up to goods value 5000.- 500.-
Price CHF 17.– below order value 120.– / CHF 9.– above order value 120.–

Delivery conditions abroad:       Shipping by DPD or Fedex

For orders and deliveries abroad, the customer will receive a detailed quotation in advance, thus orders are ONLY quotation requests. The CH-VAT will be deducted from the valid price. Value added tax and customs duties of the receiving country within Europe shall be borne by the customer, but will be invoiced by Monnier Trading AG and settled with the carrier. For overseas deliveries, only the transport will be invoiced. The customs authorities will contact the buyer for the payment of VAT and customs duties and after their payment the package will be shipped to the delivery address (CIF delivery).

 

Method of payment

Payment in Switzerland is made by credit card (only credit cards issued in Switzerland are accepted) or postal account, by advance payment or cash on delivery. In all other countries it is only possible to pay in advance by bank transfer. Unauthorised deductions will be charged after.

If the case occurs that at the moment only a partial delivery is possible, for reasons already mentioned, we would contact you to discuss the further procedure.

An exchange is basically only possible in case of wrong deliveries or product defects. Corresponding defects must be reported immediately. In any case, only articles in original packaging (in case of wrong delivery) and with a copy of the delivery note or invoice will be taken back.

All legal relations between the customers and the Monnier Trading AG are exclusively subject to Swiss law. Exclusive place of jurisdiction is Biel/Bienne.
